Mr. Baker joined CTEH® as an IT project manager in 2011. His primary responsibilities include emergency response data management, database/software development, aerial imagery, GIS, photogrammetry, 3D modeling, piloting unmanned aircraft, reporting, incident management and other general IT/IH duties. Due to his extensive experience in videography, Mr. Baker has been instrumental in providing our clients with demonstrated situational awareness through mapping, 3D mapping and aerial photography and videography to assist with safety and operations.
