Mr. Fenske is a project manager for CTEH Government Services, LLC. His overall responsibility is to provide oversight and management of projects associated with FEMA and HUD Community Development Block Grant funding. He has experience with regulatory and contractor coordination and management. Mr. Fenske brings years of project management experience within the emergency response industry which has led to his ability to be predictive of obstacles, react and resolve potential challenges quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the process.
Mr. Fenske has managed resources on a scale of from individual responder to multi-state responses with over 100 personnel in support of work plans derived by himself and fellow health and safety leaders. His management experience involves daily coordination of contractor activities, preparation and/or review of site-specific health and safety plans (HASP), government mandated programs, data management, and, coordination with lab consultants for any collected samples.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Fenske has provided services including developing response plans, COVID-19 testing strategies and screening questionnaires, helping prepare for de-escalation and return-to-work events, developing HAZCOM for workplace use, providing on-the-ground support, responding to FAQs, helping implement workplace controls, and more.
