BJ Fogleman, ASP
Consultant, Disaster Recovery
Bradley “B.J.” Fogleman is a consultant for Disaster Recovery in CTEH Government Services and a consultant/senior project manager for CTEH’s Toxicology Emergency Response Program (TERP). He has extensive experience in managing and mitigating issues in all types of disasters – natural (hurricane, wildfire) and industrial (pipeline releases, train derailments, well control events, chemical releases). As a consultant, Mr. Fogleman assists clients in every stage of emergency responses and recovery projects. He is proficient in assisting in the collection and integration of high-quality data within a process in order to drive well-informed reporting and support operational decision making. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Fogleman has served as a subject matter expert and consultant on responses involving response plan drafting, disinfectant application protocols, return to operation plans, cleaning and disinfection protocols, floor plan review, and more.
