CTEH’s Helping Hands: Part I
This week we’re kicking off a new series, CTEH’s Helping Hands, to spotlight how our employees are making a difference in their local communities. First up is Jennifer Ragsdale who works in the Human Resources department at CTEH’s Little Rock office.
Jennifer Ragsdale, PHR
Jennifer volunteers with the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association(CAHRA), where she is able to merge her profession with her passion. She uses her extensive knowledge of the HR field to mentor college students, guide small business professionals with little-to-no HR support and provide job skills training to organizations from Our House to the Single Parent Scholarship Fund. She has also volunteered at CAHRA’s job fair with the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, which has helped thousands of job seekers in Central Arkansas. Whatever the activity, Jennifer loves an opportunity to make a difference.
