When required, CTEH^® provides non-testifying and testifying technical support and coordination in environmental and toxic tort litigations on behalf of both plantiffs and defendants. Members of our litigation support team include Ph.D. Toxicologists, a physician board certified in occupational medicine, registered nurses who are members of the Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, a certified industrial hygienist, and environmental scientists at the bachelors and masters degree levels.

Our experience covers a wide variety of disease/injury claims including cancer and fear and risk of cancer, birth defects, reproductive failure, central/peripheral nervous system damage, future medical monitoring, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS), Occupational Asthma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, and other medical conditions alleged to result from environmental exposures.

We specialize in applying generally recognized medical/toxicological principles in determining causation of chemically-induced disease. Our experience spans a broad range of case complexity from single litigant toxic tort or worker compensation issues to class action suits involving several thousand class members.
