Environmental Compliance
CTEH®’s environmental compliance services are under the direction of Mr. Rick Bolton. Mr. Bolton has over 30 years of industrial experience in the administration and management of occupational health, safety and environmental protection programs. This experience provides the historical perspective to allow insightful interpretations of federal, state, and local regulatory programs and leads to a full assessment of environmental compliance options for our clients.
CTEH® has a multi-disciplined technical staff that includes environmental specialists, compliance specialists, and engineers that have been involved in environmental compliance for more than 15 years. Our team has successfully completed more than 15 multimedia compliance audits at complex industrial facilities in twelve states located in USEPA Regions I, III, IV, and V during the last two years. In addition, the CTEH® team has been directly responsible for and successful in assisting private industry prepare for joint federal/state agency multi-media audits.
The individual technical professionals selected by CTEH® to complete this work have provided environmental support to various facilities, Tier II suppliers and related industries.
Qualifications
The CTEH® staff members comprising the core of our environmental compliance program have considerable personal experience as managers in the private sector responsible for day-to-day environmental compliance activities at manufacturing and industrial facilities. CTEH also has several compliance staff members that have detailed knowledge of the environmental agency protocols as responsible environmental managers for private industry.
The CTEH® environmental compliance program staff is also familiar with the environmental protocols currently employed in the private sector (e.g. ISO 14000, ASTM and EU protocols, among others) through their ongoing consulting work.
CTEH® staff is experienced in applying for regulatory permits for air emissions, stormwater pollution control, waste management, water and wastewater discharges.
