CTEH® serves as a single source for an integrated diversity of air quality and atmospheric science services ready to serve our clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. CTEH® maintains professional staff, software, and equipment to provide comprehensive atmospheric engineering as well as air dispersion modeling and monitoring services. CTEH®’s air quality specialists provide a wide range of services including air management compliance, policy development, permitting, risk assessment, and toxicity studies. Air dispersion modeling studies are used to help clients improve or develop new approaches to their air quality management issues.

Almost every air quality consulting project involves development of emissions estimates for the air pollutant source under review. Emission inventories are used in the context of all air permitting projects as well as risk assessments to determine applicable regulatory requirements and potential off-site impacts. Development of facility or area-wide emissions inventories may include using mass balances techniques, emissions monitoring data, appropriate emission factors, engineering calculations, or a combination of these methods.
