Mr. Shipp has over 30 years experience in environmental engineering and management. He has extensive technical experience with air and water quality issues as well as hazardous waste management, disposal and emergency response. He has developed corporate environmental policies and strategies, provided regulatory interpretation and guidance to operating divisions, conducted environmental audits of operations, developed and delivered environmental training programs to operations personnel, and administered and prepared environmental assessments and reviews. Mr. Shipp earned a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Tennessee).
