Educational and Professional Background
Ms. Millner earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with an emphasis in Biochemistry, from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR. Prior to her five years at CTEH, she worked in the Research and Development in the Global Investigative Toxicology group at a leading pharmaceutical company. Ms. Millner operates specialty field portable analytical instrumentation (Hapsite, Hazmat ID, etc.). She serves as a member of the Toxicology Emergency Response Program (TERP) and is an assistant manager of the TERP report writing and data production group and supervises the data validation group.
