Mr. Pallavicini has 10 years of emergency response planning, training and drill/incident response consulting experience. He is a leading consultant in Emergency Response and Crisis Management for the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Pallavicini is a G449 Incident Command System (ICS) Instructor. His ICS training experience includes ICS 100, 200, 300 and Section specific trainings. He has also been an active Q16 Major Emergency Management (MEM) Instructor. He has conducted training both on a local and international level and has been responsible for filling ICS roles and helping facilitate the ICS process in both incidents and drills. Mr. Pallavicni conducts training of essential elements and underlying principles of emergency management in an onshore and offshore environment, which includes: Major Emergency Management courses, facilitate emergency response simulations, and the instruction of the Incident Command System.
Mr. Pallavicini developed regulated and non-regulated Emergency Response Plans for clients in the oil and gas industry. As an advisor, his Emergency Response Plans included, onshore and offshore Oil Spill Response Plans (OSRP), onshore and offshore Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Facility Response Plans (FRP), onshore and offshore Security Plans and vulnerability assessments, and Integrated Contingency Plans (ICP). Regulated plans he has developed includes DOT, EPA, USCG and Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) approved plans.
