Senior Project Manager, TERP
Charles Connolly is a project manager within our TERP team. He has experience responding to crude oil releases, well control events, trail derailments, and chemical spills. As a project manager, Mr. Connolly coordinates CTEH resources on a scale from individual responders to multi-state responses with more than 40 personnel in support of his own work plans and those derived by fellow health and safety leaders. His management experience involves daily coordination of environmental monitoring activities, review of MSDS, preparation and/or review of site specific health and safety plans (HASP), air and environmental sampling work plans, data management communication to the client, and coordination with lab consultants for any collected samples.
Currently, Mr. Connolly is managing disaster recovery project with the State of West Virginia (Department of Economic Opportunity) and is very familiar with the guidelines of a CDBG-DR program. He is also assisting in the management of recovery efforts in response to the 2016 flood in South Carolina through the South Carolina Disaster Recovery Office. He has a unique understanding of the efficiency and visualization in to each recovered home that is needed to make re-entry successful for all stakeholders.
