In accordance with the Oil Pollution Prevention Regulation, 40 CFR 112, facilities which have an aggregate aboveground storage capacity of oil greater than 1,320 gallons (counting only those containers with a storage capacity of at least 55 gallons) or a completely buried storage capacity greater than 42,000 gallons are required to prepare and implement a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan.
