This is a full time position in North Little Rock, AR providing marketing direction and oversight for the entire company. Minimum requirements include the following:

• Bachelors degree in business or marketing
• Two years experience with small to mid-size professional organizations
• Ability to develop a complete understanding of the different business sectors of the company in order to identify new clients and build relationships
• Effectively communicate, be extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Familiarity with data management and word processing software
• Working knowledge of HTML and Web design related to maintenance of company website and websites of other related companies, as needed
• Ability to develop, design and maintain Statement of Qualifications, quarterly newsletters, brochures, presentations for company and business sectors
• Ability to write detailed proposals, including cost estimates, for all departments
• Ability to maintain a marketing database to track company work products and projects
• Ability to coordinate, track and attend trade shows, conferences, and other meetings
• Current drivers license
• Able to work overtime or on weekends, if necessary
