Responded to over 120 worker exposure incidents involving a wide variety of chemicals including: diesel fuel, battery acid fumes, exhaust fumes, ammonia, pesticides and other chemicals of concern.
As part of the CTEH® Toxicology Emergency Response Program, responded to derailments, fires, and chemical releases involving crude oil, gasoline, natural gas, ammonia, toluene. diisocyanate, chlorine, 1,3-butadiene, combustion products, and many others.
Participates in special projects such as new product toxicity evaluations and product labeling.
