Mr. Riggs has 36 years of experience in chemical plant operations, hazmat, industrial fire fighting, rescue, medical, air monitoring, and security. He comes to CTEH after retirement from Georgia Gulf Chemicals and Vinyls, L.L.C. His responsibilities included managing the training and response of a force of 291 fire, rescue, medical, air monitoring, and hazmat personnel across a four state area with no OSHA recordable incident. At CTEH, he will be responsible for project management and business development throughout the Gulf Coast Region.
