CTEH® Announces New Senior Industrial Hygienist David Watts, CIH

LITTLE ROCK, AR - January 31, 2012 - Center for Toxicology & Environmental Health (CTEH^®) formally announced David Watts, CIH as a new Senior Industrial Hygienist.

As a Senior IH at CTEH^® David will lend his experience in emergency response and site assessment. David has 18 years of experience in the fields of industrial hygiene health and safety. He brings real-world experience to the consulting industry as a former chemical manufacturing facility industrial hygienist. In that capacity, he managed emergency response issues, conducted air and noise monitoring and process safety audits, coordinated chemical hazard assessment tracking, and served as a corporate member of health and safety program development.

As a consultant, David has served as a Senior Project Manager for several national accounts and supported the needs of clients in both the public and private sectors. He has helped clients address comprehensive occupational health and safety issues related to indoor air quality, OSHA compliance and process safety. His duties have also included serving as a liaison to regulatory bodies, such as USEPA, federal and state OSHA and state Department of Public Health and Labor; as well as a public relations spokesperson.

In response to a diverse number of hurricane-related losses, David served as a Senior Project Manager for Disaster Response Teams throughout the southeastern United States and Caribbean.
