About Us
The Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health, L.L.C. (CTEH®) is a science-based company established to provide toxicology and environmental health consulting services. CTEH® is headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas and was founded on March 14, 1997 by Drs. Phillip T. Goad, Glenn C. Millner, Alan C. Nye, and Jay Gandy under the University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s (UAMS) Biotechnology Center’s Business Incubator program. The founding partners combine more than eighty-four collective years of experience in toxicology and risk assessment.
CTEH® has grown from nine to over one hundred staff members in eleven years. Each person brings different experiences and core competencies, which make CTEH® a stronger and more diversified company. CTEH® has satellite offices in Omaha, Nebraska; Kemah, Texas; and Franklin, Tennessee.
CTEH® specializes in the specific scientific expertise of toxicology, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, occupational health, litigation support, and response to emergencies or other events involving release or threat of release of chemicals.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to develop sound scientific solutions to issues in toxicology, risk assessment, and environmental health by applying state-of-the-art science to problems faced by private industry, government, the general public, and the courts. Our business will be conducted in a manner that is productive and cost-effective for our clients and will include a work environment that fosters scientific and professional excellence.
